By ordering from Studio Graphite, you agree to the following terms:

Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return. Items must be in new, resalable condition with original packaging.

The Process

Contact First: You must email sales@studiographiteltd.co.uk or call +44 7427827288 before sending any items back.
Shipping: If the return is due to our error (damaged/wrong item), we pay for the return shipping.
Change of Mind: If you changed your mind, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Restocking Fee: £0.00 (No fee).

Refunds

Once inspected and approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order at any time before it has been picked and packed in our warehouse. If it has already shipped, you must follow the return process.
