1. Shipping Cost
Free Shipping: We are pleased to offer Free Shipping on all orders across the UK. There are no hidden delivery fees at checkout.
2. Handling, Transit & Order Cut-off Time
Handling Time: 1 – 2 business days (Monday to Friday).
Transit Time: 3 – 4 business days (Monday to Friday).
Order Cut-off Time: 07:00 PM (GMT).
Total Estimated Delivery: 4 – 6 business days from the date of purchase.
3. Delivery Terms & Carriers
We primarily use trusted carriers including Royal Mail, DHL, and FedEx to ensure your order reaches you safely. Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly with full abbreviations and spaces. Studio Graphite is not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.
4. Order Tracking
Tracking Number: You will receive a tracking number via email within 24 hours of your order being processed.
Follow-up: If you do not receive tracking info within 2 business days, please contact us at sales@studiographiteltd.co.uk.
Self-Service: You can track your parcel directly on our “Track Your Order” page using your order number and email.
5. Cancellations & Address Changes
Cancellations: We accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If the order has already left our facility, please refer to our Returns Policy.
Address Change: We cannot change the delivery address once the package is in transit. To request a change, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
6. Issues During Transit
Damaged Parcels: If a parcel arrives damaged, please reject the package from the courier if possible. If it was delivered while you were away, contact our customer service immediately with photos of the damage.
Item Not Received: If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you cannot find your parcel, please contact the carrier first. If the issue remains unresolved, email us and we will assist in locating your items.
